Yes — individual samples are available at our standard retail price, giving you the option to credit that cost toward your first wholesale order if you place one within 30 days. This lowers the risk for a new buyer trying us out for the first time while still covering our production cost on the sample. If you proceed to a wholesale order, that sample piece will be re-costed at the wholesale rate as part of the order, and the difference between the retail price you paid and the wholesale price will be deducted from your total wholesale invoice.

Regional exclusivity can be discussed on request for larger, long-term partnerships.

Standard production is 2–3 months. We recommend placing your order at least 6 months ahead of your wedding season peak to allow time for production, shipping, and customs clearance.

Duties and import fees depend on your country's regulations and are typically the buyer's responsibility upon delivery. We'll provide accurate commercial invoices to help customs clearance go smoothly.

Yes. Standard styles can be reordered at any time, subject to standard lead times.

Every veil leaving our workshop is quality-checked and shipped with its own QC documentation attached, confirming it passed inspection before dispatch. If a defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue against this documentation, we will happily replace the piece at no cost. For damage that occurs during transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier — as per standard international trade practice, liability transfers to the carrier once goods are dispatched in verified good condition. Please report any issue within 7 days of receipt, with photos referencing the QC tag.

Yes, as long as each individual style meets the 5-piece minimum.

Yes — mixing lengths within the same style is fine, as long as the total for that style reaches 5 pieces.

We recommend pricing at or above our own retail price for each style (see MAP policy). Our launch Standard wholesale price is 50% of retail; applying the bridal-industry-standard 2.5x–3x markup supports typical boutique margins.

Yes — 1–2 weeks for time-sensitive restocks at our 10-piece MOQ. A rush fee applies. For larger orders, contact us in advance so we can confirm feasibility and lead time before you place the order.
